The suite was functional, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, everything was first-class, the breakfast was quick with crispy bacon, and the service provided was excellent.

Really good stay on business trip. Nice hot breakfast with crispy bacon, complimentary drinks. Magnificent and unbeatable location as only 5 minutes to a famous museum. Set in a very very nice area so close to centre of London, Russell Square tube, and shops, restaurants...

The location was particularly good, with the restaurant outside pods. My bed was exceptionally comfortable.3. The hotel was set a 10-15 minute walking distance from Dominion Theatre.4. I booked a suite and it was nicely equipped.5. The full English breakfast offered lots of dishes.

Comfy hotel, the location was unbeatable. We loved climate control, a personal safe and a sofa bed. All the services were very good! Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. You guys made our stay good.

We were a group of more than 20 educational delegates traveling on a mission. We stayed there for 5 nights (3 + 2) with a day away to Bradford in between. We asked them if they could keep our main suitcases for one single day in their luggage room since we would come back to the very same hotel, but they charged 5 pounds per each piece left from every delegate. Definetly not a friendly way to attract and conquer guests. They should have provided that little service for free as a hotel courtesy instead. What a shame to have an extra profit anyhow!
